Kendall Jenner appeared on the May 12 episode of Kardashians, “Who is Kim K?” I got into a tough confrontation. I’m not talking about the controversy she got into with Scott Disick for not inviting him to her birthday dinner either. In the battle of Kendall Vs. Cucumber, vegetables are almost better Relatively private reality star, who sent social media into a frenzy with their inability to slice a cucumber. After being roasted by fans harder than any vegetables in Kris Jenner’s well-stocked refrigerator, Kendall added her two cents.
It all started innocently enough. Kendall Jenner arrived at her mother’s house and said she wanted a snack. Kris Jenner offered to have the chef slice her cucumbers, but the model insisted she didn’t need help. She proceeded to awkwardly hold the vegetables, came very close to chopping herself, and didn’t seem to get any slices. My whole life I couldn’t tell you what Kendall and Kris were talking about, because I was so distracted by what was going on on the cutting board. I was not alone. An Instagram user provided some screenshots of the tragic event:
Older than Kris Jenner Impressively sulky girls With Caitlyn, Jenner was at least aware of her lack of knife skills, telling the camera she “wasn’t a good cutter” and asking the person behind the camera not to zoom in on the photo. They apparently scrolled down to show Kendall nearly cutting herself before moving her hand behind the cucumber, as Kris continued to worry her daughter might lose a finger. Twitter Users panicked:
Watching Kendall Jenner cutting was one of the most painful things I’ve ever seen.
What was so painful was not being able to jump up to the screen and show her how to hold the vegetables – and the knife – safely! Let’s not be hard on it, though. After all, despite her mother’s repeated requests, Kendall Jenner never made the chef finish preparing her snack. If she never does it herself, she will never learn, right? However, it does make one wonder: How many times in Jenner’s 26 years on Earth has she called a vegetable that needed chopping? I shudder when I think of her needing to dice something, or worse, Julian!
But as I said, she was aware of her shortcomings, and when she watched the social media reaction to her choice fail, she even posted a self-critical response:
She may have survived the choice, but her brother-in-law’s likeness ended up getting the best of her, as Scott Disick confronted Kendall Jenner about being left out of family events now that Kourtney Kardashian is engaged to Travis Parker. Oddly enough, Kendall was the one Worried about Disick’s feelings after the proposal – and fans gave her a shit on social media for that too!
