NFL Shoulder Exercises: What Exercises Do NFL Players Do?

One of the most important parts of it all NFL Players put their efforts on their shoulders. quarterback Russell Wilson Emphasize that leg strength is just as important as players’ shoulder stability in position.

“I’ve really focused on my leg strength in recent years,” Wilson Men’s Fitness said.

“When you get older, you always think upper body strength and everyone experiences your best, your seat limit and all that stuff.

“As a quarterback, it’s really more than that in leg strength, core strength, shoulder stability, and core stability. The thing I’m really proud of is mobility – my movement and my flexibility. I’m constantly working on these areas.”

Three-way shoulder chain

Men’s health consultant David Jack participated in an NFL team training session where he came across a unique shoulder exercise called Three shoulder ways a series.

“To remain versatile and explosive, you have to jump,” the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, JJ WattMen’s Fitness said.

“I do long, intense workouts and go everywhere – from the field to the weight room, to the different surfaces. It all plays a role.”
