Akira Toriyama from Dragon Ball confirms that Gohan is the strongest Z-Fighter

the official Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero The Twitter account shared a new interview with Akira Toriyama, revealing that the maker of some of the biggest anime characters around considers Goku’s son to be the strongest hero among the Z-Fighters, even though he doesn’t have God Ki at his disposal:

“Gohan is actually stronger than anyone else…or so they say, but lately he hasn’t had a chance to shine. In order to motivate Gohan, it takes his esteemed mentor Piccolo instead of his father Goku. I thought I’d try to give birth to a new superhero out of highlighting these two individuals during their intense battles with the androids Gamma.”

Gohan had a wild ride over the course Dragon Ball SuperHe first started as a fighter who can barely sustain his Super Saiyan transformation but is training his way back in a relatively short period of time to recover his “ultimate” transformation which he discovered during Majin Buu Arc of Dragon ball Z. During the Tournament of Power, Gohan was one of Universe 7’s strongest representatives, and played a major role in Moro Arc as well, creating new team attacks with Piccolo.
