Smith plays FBI agent Ross, an activist seeking redemption after a fatal mistake that nearly ended her career. Red takes on the role of Tasha, a social media personality, tech genius, and close high school friend of Jess (Alexis). Rodriguez plays Ethan, Jess’s best friend, who finds it difficult to break the rules. Cipriano plays Oren, a class clown who knows a thing or two about conspiracy theories. Walker is hired to play Liam, a struggling musician who comes from a long line of treasure hunters.
Jerry Bruckheimer returns to executive production national treasure TV series after production of two Nicolas Cage films for Disney. He was joined by original director Jon Turteltape and writers Marianne and Cormac Webberley. The two Wibberlys will write the pilot episode of the TV series with Rick Muirragui. Mira Nair is set to direct the debut.
