An advanced Apple Watch that uses better materials could arrive in 2022

There’s a good chance we’ll get a new Apple Watch this year. Apple has updated its Watch annually since the first watch was released in 2015. Although there are several different releases, it looks like the Apple Watch Series 8 could see a new entry in its lineup – one focused on extreme athletes.

According to Bloomberg, the new Apple Watch geared towards extreme athletes could arrive with a larger screen and larger battery. What is new, however, is that it can provide better protection from physical wear due to its improved materials and design. Apple could adopt a flatter look, which has been rumored for years. The new watch is expected to use metal stronger than aluminum or stainless steel found in current models. It will also have a stronger and more impact-resistant screen.

A new evolution in the Apple Watch lineup

Although the design and materials are different, the watch will have the same features set in the Apple Watch Series 8. The new watch will have a screen size of close to two inches (1.99 inches to be exact) and will also have a resolution of 410p. by 502 pixels. No one would guess how Apple will use up that big screen space, but a bigger screen is always a better thing, especially on a small device. The main draw for this year’s watch is its ability to measure body temperature, which can be used to detect a fever.

Although brand new, the new watches may still use the older processor found in the Watch Series 6 and Watch Series 7. Although pricing has not been confirmed, the new entry in the Apple Watch lineup is expected to be in the highest position, which means It would cost more than the stainless steel model currently on sale.
