Books ‘Raven’s Shadow’ and ‘Raven’s Blade’ to be adapted into series

Paul Telegdy’s The Whole Spiel is collaborating with Lone Wolf Pictures to develop another project, based on the fantasy novel “Queen of Fire” and the other books in Raven’s Shadow and Raven’s Blade.

The adventure-drama series, currently titled “The Queen of Fire,” will follow the myths, worlds, and characters created by author Anthony Ryan in both the “Raven’s Shadow” trilogy and the “Raven’s Blade” duo books, as well as collections of short books, stories by The New York Times and the most popular storyteller. Stephen McDonough, Teledead and Ryan will executive produce, with the names of the showrunners going on at a later date. With a focus on turning the franchise into a multi-season fantasy television series, Lone Wolf Pictures has acquired exclusive rights to the multi-volume published Penguin Random House universe.
