Star Wars Hot Wheels Razor Crest With Camtono Case debuts for SDCC 2022

San Diego Comic-Con is back for an in-person event this year, and Mattel will be there with the annual “12 Days of Fandom.” As part of this celebration, Mattel announced the release of a special Hot Wheels Star Wars Razor Crest set inspired by the car in the Disney + Star Wars: The Mandalorian series.

Hot Wheels designed the Razor Crest logo to look like it was made of Beskar steel. They even included a Beskar alloy in the set with a display stand. Above all, the collection is packaged in a cylindrical Camtono case for collectors. From the official description:


Just like the ones in The Mandalorian, protect the galaxy with Hot Wheels® Star Wars Razor Crest! This premium spacecraft is designed to look like it’s made of Biscar, the legendary Mandalorian steel known for its protective properties, often used in Mandalorian armor. Comes in a box The Camtono Case™ is cylindrical, a special collector’s item, and also includes a ship stand and Beskar alloy. Star Wars™ and The Mandalorian fans will appreciate the originality of this set for play or display. Colors and trims may vary.”

As previously mentioned, Mattel is celebrating San Diego Comic-Con 2022 with 12 Days of Fandom, and it will include exclusive new collectibles from popular properties including Hot Wheels, WWE, Jurassic World, Star Wars, Masters of the Universe and more. 12 Days of Fandom runs from July 11 through July 24.

These exclusive products will be available both online and at the show floor (boots #3029 and 2945) during the event. Price for Hot Wheels Star Wars: Mandalorian Razor Crest set hasn’t been revealed at the time of writing, but it’s expected to go up for pre-order Here at Mattel Creations Starting July 20 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET.
