Terence Howard of the Empire thinks he can defend Uganda with hydrogen technology

Terrence Howard, a former Empire representative, believes he can develop “new hydrogen technology” that Uganda can use to “defend itself”.

The actor is known for his somewhat skeptical scientific claims. This time, he announced “several scientific initiatives to help boost financing and tourism for the nation.” AllAfrica reports.

“I was able to determine the grand unified field equation they were looking for, and put it into geometry,” The actor said while addressing government officials. He believes this will allow him to develop “new hydrogen technology”.

Although the actor attended Pratt University and studied engineering, he did not graduate.

Why Terrence Howard in Uganda?

According to AllAfrica, Howard is working in an effort to attract investment from those living in the African diaspora. Invited by Frank Tomoebazi, Uganda’s Minister of Agriculture, Howard’s goal is to “explore Uganda’s uniqueness and spread the word”.
