Back in March, Dynamic Motion (Dymorides), the attraction maker behind Race Through New York starring Jimmy Fallon, sued Universal Orlando Resort, claiming the theme park company owed more than $5 million in unpaid bills related to the design and construction gravity.
According to the lawsuit, there were significant disagreements between Dynamic Motion and Universal Orlando over alleged design changes, the use of an additional contractor, and the right to use intellectual property and technology. As a result of these controversies, the UOR appears to have terminated the agreement, withholding unpaid bills in order to offset unplanned costs incurred by the park.
Dymorides sued, claiming that by virtue of Universal Orlando continuing to benefit from the attraction, which he sees Tonight Show Host Jimmy Fallon takes guests on a motion-simulated tour of New York City, the company’s city amusement park for unpaid bills, totaling more than $5 million.

The company claims that its own deal to buy land for a theme park has been aborted so that the land can be sold to UOR as part of a larger deal for the Epic Universe, the new theme park currently under construction.
