Long-awaited Becky Lynch returned to WWE during last year’s WWE SummerSlam, and this year she is ready to face Bianca Belair once again for the Raw Women’s Championship. Lynch walked away from the ring in May of 2020 and welcomed his daughter into the world in December, eventually returning to the ring at SummerSlam in 2021. In a new interview with ESPN’s Rachel DemitaLynch was asked how sports teams and companies can provide for moms, and Lynch revealed that she still feels great support from WWE and hasn’t felt any pressure to come back before she’s ready.
“I feel so supported in WWE,” Lynch said. “I didn’t feel any pressure to come back before I was ready. I was ready for much longer than they asked me to come back. They perfectly understand when I need extra things, whether it’s a room in a particular building for my child. We have the privilege of owning a bus, which helps her a lot and makes her sleep better. with rumbling.
“For me, I feel very supported and privileged to be in a position to balance the two quite easily,” Lynch said. “Traveling every week with a young child can be a bit challenging, she’s fantastic.”
Lynch shocked everyone when she came back as a boot as opposed to the adorable face she had when she walked away from the ring. It has since become one of the biggest heels in WWE, and made one of the best matches of the year against Belair at WrestleMania 38. Now they’ll get a chance to grab a second SummerSlam classic, and you can find the official ticket for the event below.
