Chainsaw Man studio reacts to new manga

chainsaw man It’s finally getting ready to release the first episodes of the first anime season, and at this year’s Crunchyroll Expo, some of Studio MAPPA’s biggest names shared their thoughts on the manga’s sequel. With the manga from Tatsuki Fujimoto introducing a new hero via Asa Mikata and War Devil, Denji’s status is currently unknown in the next chapter in the bloody manga series.

At this year’s Studio MAPPA panel, producer Makoto Kimura and CEO Manabu Otsuka attended, as well as Megan Peters, who took the opportunity to discuss the return of chainsaw man The manga, along with the new fan-favorite demon, Bucky the Chicken Devil:

“The producer was asked about Chainsaw Man 2 sequels. Kimura says fans have the same reaction as the anime crew. We were both shocked and in awe. When we first started reading, I mean — Bucky. It was totally shocking and I just wonder when Denji comes in, we feel the same as Fans definitely feel it, Otsuka was also asked about his reaction, and he was shocked by Boki, those front pages made him wonder if the chicken would come back.

Otsuka asks if the second part will be animated. The CEO says nothing has been confirmed but they would like to make an adjustment in the studio. Of course, Fujimoto’s other works if given the opportunity.”
