The second season of the anime adapting the Entertainment District arc of Koyoharu Gotouge’s original manga series ended earlier this year, and Tanjirou and the others have faced their toughest challenges yet. The power of demons is growing along with the number of demon slayers, and Tanjiro needed to push himself to grow quickly in order to have any chance of surviving against these new threats.
Tanjirou and the others pushed their bodies and minds to the limits and inflicted damage on themselves further than ever as they fought against the first true Level 6 threats, this was especially seen with Tanjirou himself. Not only did he grow to a new, stronger level, he also launched a large series of attacks to cause some kind of damage. But now, his sexiest look has gotten an unexpected makeover from the Low Cost Cosplay artist on Instagram who has taken on the bloody Tanjiro character and interpreted it in a whole new way. Demon Slayer Season 3 will return in the near future, but no date or window has been set for its new episodes yet. Starting with the next episode of the series, new episodes will adapt the Swordsmith Village arc in which Tanjiro and the others deal with the next major threat from the higher ranks of the various demons of Muzan. This next arc will feature tougher foes, bigger battles, and some new Hashira joining the fold with the likes of Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji, Mist Hashira and Muichiro Tokito, entering the center of the action this time around.

They tease the franchise like this, “It’s the Taisho period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kind-hearted boy who sells coal for a living, finds his family massacred by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the only survivor, has been turned into a demon herself.” Although devastated by this horrific fact, Tanjiro decides to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.
