The Dutch adaptation of Amazon’s original series “Modern Love” will premiere on Prime Video this winter. The series features stories about love and relationships, and each episode is based on the popular column from The New York Times. The Dutch series all take place in Amsterdam, from Central Station and Amstel to Amsterdam-Noord and Zuidwest.
Produced by “Modern Love Amsterdam” NL . moviepart of Bengai Benelux, with Sabine Bryan as producer and Robert Alperingk Thiem as producer. The episodes were written by Robert Alperingk Thiem, Ross Oehand, Maud Wimmiger, Ann Barnhorn, and Esther Duesker. The directors are Mijke de Jong, Boudewijn Koole, Mischa Kamp, Mustafa Duygulu and Norbert Ter Hall.

In India, ‘Modern Love Mumbai’, ‘Modern Love Hyderabad’ and ‘Modern Love Chennai’ are coming soon. In Japan, “Modern Love Tokyo” is in preparation.

BBC Studios Has agreed to a partnership agreement with Final Straw Productsa new production company created by YouTuber Joe Sugg. Final Straw Productions will focus on developing realistic entertainment and entertainment formats for audiences of all ages, and a development, production and distribution deal will give BBC Studios a first look at all of its content. Sugg has a digital following of 7.7 million subscribers. He was runner-up on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 and host of Strictly Come Dancing: The Official Podcast.
