Bloodline producers share pre-release interview: Watch

Tekken: Bloodline Coming to Netflix very soon, the producers behind the original long-running fighting game franchise have just taken part in a new exclusive ahead of the anime’s release! While Tekken has had some experiences with anime adaptations in the past, the franchise will be launching a proper animated series for the first time with this new anime coming with Netflix. There are a lot of questions about what to expect from the new series, but at the same time there is a lot of excitement for the new series as well. It’s an excitement that those who work closely with the franchise share, too.

to celebrate Tekken: BloodlineReleased with Netflix this month, Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada, lead producer and game director on Bandai Namco Entertainment’s TEKKEN project, and Michael Murray, producer on the TEKKEN project, opened up about the upcoming anime in an exclusive interview with Netflix. Here the duo talk about fan reactions to the first trailer for the anime, how the anime’s visuals stack up so far, and how much of the game’s story has been ported to the anime. There’s more footage from the new series in this special interview than ever before, but luckily it won’t be long before the full series premieres. It will officially launch with Netflix worldwide on August 18th, Tekken: Bloodline Formally as such, “Strength is everything.” Jin Kazama learned martial arts for the family, traditional kazama-style martial arts, from his mother at a young age. However, he was helpless when a monstrous evil suddenly appeared, destroying everything dear to him, and changing his life forever. Furious in his own right for being unable to stop him, Jin vows revenge and seeks the ultimate power to impose it. He will lead his quest to the final battle on the world stage – the King of Iron Fist Tournament.”

Given the franchise’s long history and many potential stories to cover, there are a lot of ways Tekken: Bloodline It could surprise fans when it’s released on Netflix.
