Sugar Land drive-by shooting injures 2 teens and damages multiple vehicles, police say!

Sugarland, Texas (KTRK) – Police said an investigation was underway after several vehicles and a house were damaged in a drive-by shooting on Sunday.

At 11:20 p.m., officers from the Sugar Land Police Department responded to block 100 of E Street after several cars and a nearby home were damaged in a shooting.

Investigators believe the shooters were targeting a specific house.

An 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl were inside one of the vehicles at the time of the shooting and were slightly injured by flying glass, according to police.

It is not known if the two occupants of one of the cars were the target.

Sugar Land PD did not immediately provide a description of the suspect(s) or the vehicle.

Authorities urge anyone with information about this shooting to call the Fort Bend County Crime Control Center at 281-342-TIPS. The cash reward can be available, and all the mentors will remain anonymous.
