Today happens to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the beloved BioShock video game series from 2K. On this date back to 2007, the original bioshock It was first launched on Xbox 360 and PC before later coming to PlayStation 3. Since that time, a sequel with 2010 Bioshock 2 And a third game called Infinite Bioshock Has come. And while fans are still waiting for the next entry in the franchise to arrive, many decided to celebrate today with the game that started it all.
Throughout the day, a number of BioShock fans have taken to Twitter to think about the original game in the series. 2K itself was topping the list on Twitter and shared fun facts and pieces of fan art related to the series. Tweets about BioShock were so prevalent today, in fact, that even #BioShock15″ was trending on Twitter for most of the day.
As mentioned, the one thing about BioShock that most fans keep waiting for is news of the next game. While 2K has already confirmed that Cloud Chamber studio is developing Bioshock 4We haven’t yet seen anything official from the title since it was announced years ago. In all likelihood, we can learn more in the coming weeks or months, however, be sure to stay tuned.
