The Cohen Media Group has acquired the prestigious international sales company Hanway Films owned by Jeremy Thomas in a major deal.
HanWay Films will continue to be an independent brand selling a range of theatrical titles to its worldwide distribution partners.
Peter Watson will continue to serve as president of the company with Gabrielle Stewart as CEO.
Philip Knachbull, CEO of Curzon, negotiated the deal on behalf of Cohen Media Group.
