Rapture star Sydney Sweeney is watching the reaction to her mother’s 60th birthday party at a social gathering after photos of its members became a web sensation.
The performer took to Instagram early on to share a carousel of photos from her family’s event on August 27, carving out the words, “no better technique to honor my mom than a shock date.”

The post included footage of Sweeney and his mother riding a mechanical bull, the line moving, and a presentation next to a western-themed cake.
By the end of the week, however, photos from the party had become a web sensation after two guests were seen wearing red veils that appeared to be the ultimate goal of former President Donald Trump — but in a way that made sense. The photos sparked enough Internet controversy to create a design for his Twitter name.
Taking to the virtual entertainment scene, Sweeney denied that her mother’s birthday party was expected to be any kind of political statement. The performer said, “You are this beast. An innocent celebration for my mothers 60th birthday turned into a ridiculous political statement with no purpose. Stop speculating, assuming that no one has thought of it.”
