IPAC Chair: Ministers Aren’t Giving Buhari Accurate Information About the ASUU Strike

IPAC Chief: Ministers Not Giving Buhari Accurate Information About Arizona State University Strike #IPAC #Chair #Ministers #Arn039t #Giving #Buhari #Accurate #Information #ASUU #Strike 50 Minutes S BlogHere is the latest breaking news and trending broadcast that we bring to you today:

Alhaji Yapji Sani, head of the party advisory committee (IPAC), has doubts that ministers are giving President Muhammadu Buhari accurate information about the current strike by the Academics Association of Universities (ASUU).

The Arizona State University strike lasted for seven months and showed no signs of abating.

In an appearance on Politics Today on Channels TV, Sane called on the federal government to find a solution.

He said, “People claim that since sons of elites are not enrolled in government schools, that is why they are betting on the future of the nation as a whole. This goal cannot be reached as long as bandits are a problem and this country is not getting the education it needs to catch up with its peers.”

You, sir, are the winner. I have doubts about the veracity of what these ministers are telling the president. A few weeks ago, Mr. President issued a similar directive to the Minister of Education requesting that the problem be resolved and that he be informed as soon as possible. A few days later, the education minister said that the president had not given him such instructions.

I have no doubt that President Obama cares deeply about improving our children’s schools. It is as if we are either oblivious to the importance of education or, if we are aware of it, we are playing with it because it does not interest us immediately.
