20th Century TV is still in the business of making the animated series and it looks like FOX wants to keep a bunch of its hit series on the air. according to LimitFOX is in early renewal talks for a comeback A man who loves family lifeAnd the The SimpsonsAnd the Bob Burger Back to the new seasons. The Simpsons Heading into its 34th season this fall, with A man who loves family life 21 and Bob Burger The 13. These renewals come as the network has doubled down on its animation efforts, even planning a new adult-oriented cartoon.

“We’re still talking to them,” Michael Thorne, president of Fox Entertainment, told the newspaper. “And I think these shows will be on the air alongside our new animation, for the next couple of years, but we’re still in talks right now about that.

“I’m excited for season 34. It’s probably the best season 34 of any show I’ve ever watched,” said executive producer, show co-host and writer Matt Salman, formerly of Deadline about the next season of the hit animated series. “We have two Halloween episodes this year, two Treehouse of Horror episodes. One of them is three scary stories like we always do, but they’re really scary and weird.”

Along with a full-length episode Treehouse of Horror that will feature an anime parody death note and Stephen King He. SheMarvel Studios star Simu Liu and Melissa McCarthy will join a long line of big-name guest stars to give their voices to the classic animation.

“We have Simo Liu from Marvel’s Shang-Chi on an upcoming show as Lisa’s perfect future friend,” Salman said. “We have our season premiere where Homer gets involved in a conspiracy gang while chasing a missing turtle. I’m really excited about one of the shows where Krusty is doing a kind of a nice afternoon Ellen DeGeneres talk show that’s surprisingly skewed. Then we have a huge guest role for famous comedy legend Melissa. McCarthy. It’s a really interesting and funny part where you play Homer’s rival kid for love from a grandfather.”

Salman added for season 34, “You can’t get enough of what you’ve achieved. You have to push yourself and challenge yourself and make sure that every episode is special, emotional, visual, compelling, scary, cinematic. So we do it on like 85 percent of them. That’s pretty good. I’ve always thought a B+ grade.” It’s a good sign.”

The Simpsons Season 34 will premiere September 25 on FOX and the “Welcome to the Club” short film will premiere on Disney+ on September 8.
