Jenin Mason Joins Season 3 of “Upload” on Amazon

Jenin Mason has joined the cast of Season 3 of “Upload” on Amazon, diverse I learned exclusively.

The second season of “Upload” debuted on Amazon in March, with the show bagging a third season in May.

The series takes place in a world where people can “load” themselves into another digital world. Mason joins a cast that includes Robbie Amell, Andy Allo, Kevin Begley, Allegra Edwards, Zainab Johnson, Owen Daniels, Josh Bandai and Andrea Rosen.

The official synopsis for season 2 reads, “Nathan (Emil) is at a crossroads in his life (after)… his ex-girlfriend Ingrid (Edwards) unexpectedly arrives in Lakeview hoping to strengthen their relationship, but his heart still secretly longs for customer service angel Nora. (Allo.) Meanwhile, Nora is off the grid and is involved with the anti-tech rebel group “The Ludds.”

Mason will appear as a new character named Karina Silva. Silva is described as “a charming CEO at Horizen responsible for new product development and cybersecurity.”

Mason recently starred in the CW series “Roswell, New Mexico,” the second edition of the Roswell High book series. The show aired for four seasons on the broadcast network. Mason’s other recent TV credits include “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Grace and Frankie,” and “Trolls: TrollsTopia.” She is also known for winning the 5th season of the Fox competition series “So You Think You Can Dance”.

It has been represented by Verve, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Gang Tire.

“Upload” was created by Greg Daniels, who also serves as executive producer and show director on the series. It also produces CEO Howard Klein.
