‘Good Morning America 3’ grows into successful daytime variety show!

New York City — What started as a spin-off of Good Morning America in the afternoon evolved into GMA 3 – What You Need to Know.

It’s a mix of information and inspiration, plus a healthy dose of news you can use. The watch will also give you some laughs along the way.

A Variety article stated that “afternoon TV viewers of a different era made their way through series, talk shows, and reruns,” but not anymore.

Instead, many of these viewers watch as hosts give them what they need to know on GMA3.

Their camaraderie helps the hosts connect with the millions of viewers who tune in on weekday afternoons to watch T.J. Holmes, Amy Robach and Dr. Jennifer Ashton interact with one another.

“We all have our paths, we all trust each other and respect each other and what we put on the show,” Robach said.

Appeared in a recent episode d. Jane demonstrates the best way to perform CPR.

“Every day we collect in our watch what we think viewers need to know and what they want to know,” Ashton said.

A typical hour might go from serious to funny with pauses in between.

“I think you are constantly evolving and adjusting,” Holmes said. “I mean when the show first started, you could have spent an entire hour on nothing but COVID because that’s all there was going on in the world.”

Since then, the show has become more of a mix. Executive Producer Cat McKenzie is responsible for striking the balance just right.

On the day entertainment reporter Sandy Kenyon visited the site, they were filming a segment featuring a new book by one of the Spice Girls, recorded right after an interview about the protests.

“Our standard is the news,” McKenzie said. “We’re ABC News. We’re ABC News. We’ve put a solid effort into positioning our reporters, our inclusions, our advisors, and our contributors because that’s who we are.”

Viewers can watch “GMA 3” every day of the week on ABC.
