Mob Psycho 100 post-credits scene teases Dimple’s new dark plan

Mob Psycho 100 It’s finally back for its highly anticipated third season as part of the anime’s stacked schedule for fall 2022, and a post-credits scene from the latest episode has spread the roots of this season’s new dark Dimple plan! The highly anticipated third season of the series is now making its way through what could be its final episodes with two major arcs left from the original ONE manga to explore. The first episodes of the series reintroduced Mob and his world, but at the same time it’s planting the seeds for a huge new arc to come.

Mob Psycho 100The first two episodes of the new season reintroduced Mob and the new status quo after the end of season two. The giant cauliflower he imbued with his powers at the end of season two is still very much there, and it’s garnering all sorts of attention. He even joked during the premiere that Dimple was thinking of something. And with a post-credits scene in the latest episode, Dimple’s dark plan for the giant broccoli is now well underway.

Episode 2 of Mob Psycho 100′Season 3 s mostly focused on a new character who introduced an entire army of yokai to the franchise, but Mob and the others took him out before things got worse. During all of this, Reigen noticed he hadn’t seen Dimple for a while. This also indicates that Dimple wasn’t really present in the first two episodes, because the post-credits scene from the premiere had him getting interested in giant broccoli while he was excited about it being his time.

Then, a post-credit scene from Episode 2 evokes a much darker plot than anticipated in the action. There were roots scattered around the base of the yokai army earlier in the episode, and it was revealed that giant broccoli was beginning to creep into its roots through the rest of the city as well. This is something that will continue to grow, and Mob will need to deal with it when Dimple is ready to enact his final big scheme.
