‘RHOBH’ star Diana Jenkins sues ‘Crazy Days and Nights’ blogger

Diana Jenkins, star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” filed a defamation suit Wednesday against the owner of gossip website Crazy Days & Nights over allegations that she is a sex trafficker.

The lawsuit seeks to unmask the writer behind celebrity gossip website Enty Lawyer, which has been publishing blind material on celebrity scandals since 2006.

Jenkins alleges that she has been targeted by the site since 2012, falsely portrayed as a famous woman falsely associated with Jeffrey Epstein.

“Miss. Jenkins is many things, but she is not the one that Enty Lawyer chose. She
Not sex trafficking, madam, or a criminal,” the lawsuit states. “Ms. Jenkins has suffered significant damage to her reputation from Enty Lawyer’s false and offensive statements about her. Her family has been threatened with violence and her reputation is irreparably tarnished. Mrs. Jenkins has no choice but to respond.”

This is the second time this fall that Jenkins has filed a lawsuit seeking to reveal the identity of an anonymous online commentator.

In September, Jenkins submitted a file lawsuit She seeks to unmask the person who attacked the 14-year-old son of Garcel Povis, another RHOBH member. In that lawsuit, Jenkins alleged that she was portrayed as the person responsible for the hateful messages. A judge allowed her lawyer to pursue a subpoena against Meta, the parent company of Facebook, to obtain the person’s identity.

In the Crazy Days & Nights lawsuit, Jenkins alleges that she was first targeted in the comments section of a blind item in March 2012 about a television actress who had been physically and sexually abused.

An anonymous commentator defined the element as Jenkins “a Rosetta stone for every scandal and perversion of H’wood throughout the world.”

“She’s been running a high-class party girls/girl ring for Arabs, Wall Street, DC, Royals and the Hollywood elite,” said the commentator.

The lawsuit alleges that Enty Lawyer would continue to endorse this claim in a series of blind items in 2018, and that Enty Lawyer identified Jenkins as the subject of those items in his podcast.

According to Suit, blind items and podcasts left the audience with a clear indication that Jenkins had exploited actor Hayden Panettiere and forced her into prostitution.

“He knew that false and ostentatious statements about Ms. Jenkins drove traffic to his blog, increased reader interaction, and cast him in the role of the hero, a “Hollywood whistleblower” and a provider of justice for victims of sexual exploitation and abuse,” the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit also alleges that Enty Lawyer tweeted a link to a story about Jenkins with a photo of Jeffrey Epstein, suggested it was linked to “celebrity prostitution,” and alleges Jenkins “spent a lot of time” with Epstein. The tweet was later deleted.

Jenkins’ attorney, J. Eric Connolly, in a statement: “There was not an iota of credible evidence to support his allegations about Mrs. Jenkins, but Enty Lawyer published it nonetheless.” “Miss. Jenkins has done nothing worthy of these attacks on her reputation. Being in the public eye, being on television, did not give Enty Lawyer the right to discredit Mrs. Jenkins.”

Connolly plans to seek Enty Lawyer’s name from social media companies and then amend the lawsuit with his true identity.
