The Art Dealers Association of America is currently celebrating its 60th anniversary, and this year’s edition of its annual fair, The Art Gallery, opened last night at the Park Avenue Armory in New York. The opening was part of a benefit ceremony that benefited from the Henry Street Settlement.
Bringing together 78 exhibitors from its members, this year’s art fair is as elegant as ever, with a focus on one-on-one presentations highlighting the work of famous historical artists such as Pacita Abad, Geoffrey Holder and Toshiko Takaezu, as well as important living shows by artists such as Raphael Ferrer and Joanna Shomali. .
