The participant formed the People & Culture department who will work with Dannis Woodley at the helm of ongoing efforts to facilitate an inclusive workplace and produce fair content.
The new division is the product of merging the participants’ previous Human Resources, Culture and Values departments, which Woodley is being promoted to lead as Executive Vice President. Woodley will now report to Co-Chief Operating Officer Gabriel Bracken.

Woodley’s tenure in the participant exceeds eight years. Since December 2020, she has served as Senior Vice President of Organizational Culture and Inclusion, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s implementation of diversity initiatives across the board from employee hiring to vendor diversity. Prior to that, the Harvard Law School graduate served as associate senior vice president for business and legal affairs.

The global media company is responsible for titles such as Laura Poitras’ upcoming documentary “All the Beauty and the Bloodshed” and the Netflix documentary series “Be Kind: Pray and Obey.” The co-star has previously collaborated with Steven Spielberg, Alfonso Cuarón, George Clooney, and other award-winning talent.
