After several months of beta testing, Apple has released iOS 16 to the public again in September. this is Great iPhone The update brings advanced lock screen customizations, live activities, improvements to Messages and Mail, and much more. Then the company sowed the seeds in the stable iOS 16.1 October 24th – Bringing in some missing features, such as iCloud Shared Photo Library and other additions. Now that iOS 16.1 is behind us, Apple has started actively working on the upcoming iOS 16.X release. Lo and behold – iOS 16.2 beta 4 is now available to registered developers around the world. Those who have registered and activated the beta profile can immediately download and install this version. Here is a list of everything new in iOS 16.2 beta 4.
What’s new in iOS 16.2 beta 4
Change the record in the About section
iOS 16.2 beta 4 now includes change sign in settings > Around When checking the installed version number. Prior to this beta, it was only showing the version number.

It supports text, doodles, media, file insertion, etc. This way you can create the ultimate brainstorming web of ideas. It clearly has bugs in iOS 16.2 beta 1, like the inability to delete panels when offline. Though, you can expect the company to fix major builds in the next betas, before releasing the update publicly later this year.
home upgrades
iOS 16.2 beta 1 introduces a more reliable upgrade to the Apple Home architecture. However, it requires all HomePods to be running version 16.2. If you’re running an earlier version on your HomePod, you won’t be able to start the upgrade.
Apple Music adjustments
Apple has modified the file without losing data Tap on the Now Playing screen in the Music app. Those using iOS 16.2 beta 1 will notice a darker rectangular border when compared to the previous UI.
New sleep widget
iOS 16.2 beta 1 introduces a new lock screen widget to monitor information about your sleep. Reflects data stored in the Apple Health app.
