LadBaby Releases Band Aid Spoof With ‘Paul McCartney, Elton John, Adele’ & More | music | entertainment

Earlier this week, LadBaby aka Mark Hoyle and his wife Roxanne announced they would be releasing another celebratory spoof song in aid of the food bank charity Trussell Trust. Once again, the YouTuber is tipping his fifth Christmas No. 1 celebration. Having teamed up with Elton John and Ed Sheeran last year, this time he’s managed to get money-saving guru Martin Lewis involved. In addition, he received special permission from Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to simulate Band Aid as food aid, with 50 percent of the profits going to the Band Aid Trust and the other half to the Food Bank charity. LadBaby teased that a select group of mega stars would join him for the record and now he’s released the song with its music video, which you can watch below.

In the official Food Aid music video, LadBaby and Roxanne arrive at Dean Street Studios with the latter barely able to get her excited. As she enters, she tells viewers that they managed to include Paul McCartney, Stormzy, Adele and Robbie Williams in their star choir.

However, the big reveal is that LadBaby can only rent lookalikes individually. However, despite the awkward situation, Martin Lewis appears before the start of the charity’s fun celebratory taping, which can be viewed below.

Martin Lewis added: “When Mark and Roxanne called me out of the blue and asked if I’d get them on FAP, I thought they might have confused me with someone else. The closest I can think of a first Christmas is going to the bathroom on Boxing Day after drinking too much orange juice.” The day before. However, as soon as I learned they were serious, and it was for the Trussell Trust, a charity of great importance with which I have a history, I decided to give it a try, and to do it with gusto. This has been a difficult year for many, prices have skyrocketed. Drowning advice societies and food banks. Budgeting deficits are becoming more common – meaning that even after everything has been cut to the bone – people still have less income to spend. Winter will be harsh, and things are unlikely to ease much in 2023. So the need The help and support of people suffering across the UK runs deep. We hope this Ladbaby song and its lyrics can raise some money and awareness.”
