LG debuted its 2023 soundbar lineup ahead of CES

Today, LG is releasing its speaker lineup for 2023. The products are touting a lot of new technology and will be showing up at CES 2023.

We’re only two weeks away from the start of CES, and while there will be plenty of new devices and accessories on display at the event, LG pulled back the curtain a bit just to give us a glimpse of what’s to come. The company, which makes a variety of different products, announced its lineup of speakers for 2023, highlighting two models, in particular, the SC9 and SE6.

As part of its mission to provide the best possible sound, the company’s newest speakers will include “the world’s first triple woofer,” along with “three-level spatial audio technology” that uses “channel analysis performed by a 3D device based on an HRTF engine to add Virtual mid layer.” In addition to “triple sound technology,” the soundbar will offer support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.

Moreover, the company will have a variety of different optimization settings in order to extract the best sound from its speakers. LG also introduces more unique technology this year with WOW Orchestra. While it’s something you’ll have to try, the company claims that with this new technology, it can “create an expanded sound range with enhanced height, depth, and power.” What’s more, WOW Orchestra products will be able to connect to LG TVs wirelessly, reducing the usual wire clutter you might find with other brands.

As you might expect, LG’s soundbar is the perfect match for its TVs, giving consumers more powerful sound in a sleek, well-designed package. In order to better blend the soundbar’s appearance with the TV and its surroundings, LG will also include mounting hardware, allowing users to mount their soundbar directly below their TV without having to drill holes in their walls. What’s even better is that these brackets will be adjustable, allowing you to position the speaker in the best position.

LG’s 2023 audio products not only offer a seamless setup experience, but also better product integration with users able to control speaker settings from the main dashboard on their compatible LG TV. While this is just a preview, LG will be showing off these speakers at its booth at CES 2023 and if you’re there, you should swing by to check them out in person.
