Box Office exceeds $1.4 billion globally

James Cameron’s “Avatar: The Way of Water” debuted massively at the box office over the New Year’s holiday, taking in $86.3 million over the four-day weekend. During New Year’s Day, the sequel’s leading sequel took in $444.4 million in North America and nearly $1.4 billion worldwide.
