Marvel actor Jeremy Renner was airlifted to the hospital on New Year’s Day after a snow-shoveling accident in Nevada left him in critical condition. In the aftermath of the accident, A.J hook The star suffers from “blunt chest trauma and bone injuries” and remains in intensive care. Just two days after the snow shoveling incident, Renner shared that he’s “too stumped right now to write” but wanted to “send love” to his 18 million followers who have certainly been concerned for the actor’s well-being since the news was reported. Renner’s update comes at a press conference held by Washoe County Sheriff Darren Balaam regarding what happened to Renner on January 1.
According to the results of the investigation that took place in the aftermath of the Jeremy Renner accident, the actor’s personal car, which was driven by a family member, got stuck in the snow near his house. Renner decided to get his Sno-Cat (which weighs at least 14,000 pounds) to move the car and successfully tow his car. However, the Sno-Cat actor got out to talk to a family member and started rolling over and running over him while trying to get back in the driver’s seat.
At the time of the accident, Balaam said, there was about three feet of fresh snow on the ground. Over the weekend, Reno, Nevada, received six to twelve inches of snow at elevations below 5,000 feet and 18 inches at higher elevations, at Reno National Weather Service.
