YouTube Go Live Together is gaining wide exposure, making it easier to share live broadcasts with others

If you want to share live broadcasts with friends or family on YouTube, you can now use the Go Live Together feature, as it is being rolled out more widely.

At the end of last year, YouTube announced the “Go Live Together” feature that enabled users to go live together. Now, the feature is getting a wide release, allowing all YouTube channels with at least 50 subscribers to go live with a friend and collaborate on the streaming platform.

For the most part, the only requirement is that the person who is going to go live needs to have at least 50 subscribers. That person can then invite whoever wants to broadcast to co-host it. Also, for now, this can only be activated through the YouTube app, which means if you have a fancy camera setup at home that you want to run through your computer, you’re out of luck.

While this may be disappointing to some, YouTube does mention that it is working on allowing desktop users to access the co-streaming feature. However, he did not provide a timeline for when this could be expected. So how do you make this work on mobile? Simply open the YouTube app on your smartphone or tablet, and head over to the YouTube app live together Selection. From there, you’ll enter the standard details for your stream like title, description, monetization settings, and more.

Once you have all of this set, just click didand a new option for Invite a broadcast participant It will appear. Send the invite to the streaming subscriber and as soon as they click the link, they’ll be set up in the waiting room. Once you go live, you will have the option to enable the broadcast for your guests. If you want all the details, you can head to the link below.
