Fortnite DOWN – HOW LONG IS THE SERVER MAINTENANCE FOR UPDATE 23.40? | games | entertainment

Fortnite fans are getting ready to release Update 23.40 on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Android and PC. The good news is that the new update will add new gameplay features and countless bug fixes. However, the bad news is that update 23.40 will be accompanied by a server downtime, which will likely last at least 2 hours. If you want to know when you can start logging back into Fortnite, see the 23.40 downtime schedule below.

Fortnite Update 23.40 will be available for download from 9am UK time on the morning of February 14th.

Matchmaking will begin to be disabled at 8.30am while servers will be completely disconnected at 9am BST.

The news was announced by Epic Games on Twitter, along with a preview of what fans can expect from Update 23.40.

“Get ready to crack open the vault tomorrow with v23.40!” He reads an epic tweet. Downtime begins at 4 a.m. ET, with matchmaking disabled shortly before then.

If it’s anything like previous periods of server downtime, Fortnite will likely get back online around 11am GMT.

Express Online will keep this article updated with all the latest developments, including confirmation of when the game will be back online.

Based on Epic’s tweet and recent leaks, it looks like update 23.40 may introduce some kind of most wanted criminal regime, or maybe even a heist vault.

This is in addition to the usual collection of new skins, not to mention additional power-ups, new missions, unlocked items, and much more.

Epic will also add the second School of Llama Path, which rewards players with the Geralt of Rivia Lobby Track upon completion.

Finally, expect a full list of gameplay tweaks and bug fixes, including updates to fix various skins.
