Minecraft 1.19.71 update fixes Nintendo Switch loading error

The Minecraft 1.19.71 update is now available across all supported platforms and it fixes several bugs, including those that have been haunting Nintendo Switch gamers in the past few days since the release of patch 1.19.70.


Once players install today’s update, they should have no issues with the game’s initial loading screen, which was stuck at 66% on Nintendo Switch.

Moreover, the new update fixes crashes on iOS devices as well as some UI issues across all platforms. The game also fixes the flag issue after enabling ray tracing on PC. Below you can check out the full patch notes:

As one of the Xbox Game Studios’ biggest games, Minecraft was released on Nintendo Switch in 2017. Since then, the game has expanded its player base even further, with developers at Mojang currently working on more spin-offs from the series that will be available on a variety of platforms. core, including the Switch.

Currently, the console version of Minecraft is maintained by Scottish developer 4J Studios. However, the team is also working on several other projects as well.

This year, Minecraft should receive update 1.20, which will bring beauty to the game along with a number of other new features revealed last year during the Minecraft Live Celebration event. Currently, there is no release date for Update 1.20, but it will be the biggest expansion of the game’s content for the year.

For now, Mojang is fully focused on Minecraft: Legends, which will be available on April 18th.
