One of the great things about the new Dell Latitude 9440 is connectivity. Although this great Dell laptop lacks USB-A ports and even HDMI, it has the power of three Thunderbolt 4 ports. This is one more than the other top laptops, which usually have two ports in addition to the classic ones like USB -A. But can the Dell Latitude 9440 be connected to two monitors?
It certainly can, thanks in part to those Thunderbolt 4 ports. One monitor can connect up to two 4K and 60Hz displays or just one 8K display. You can connect a single Thunderbolt display directly to your laptop, but you’ll need a Thunderbolt dock or adapter if you want to connect two displays. Thunderbolt 4 displays can also carry up to 140 watts of power for a charge. Meanwhile, older Thunderbolt 3 displays deliver 100 watts. Either would be enough power to charge the Latitude 9440, anyway.
