As the name implies, this week’s event is all about Giant. As one of the original cards in Clash Royale, Giant might not too popular nowadays, especially with the addition of more capable variants of it like Royale Giant and Electro Giant, but the classic tower-crusher is back again, and this time he is stronger than ever.

Best Decks For Raging Giant Event

Raging Giant

The overall rules of the match are unchanged in Raging Giant event; however, each deck has a Giant locked to it, but this is no ordinary Giant. As soon as you deploy the Giant on the map, he will be blessed by a Rage spell as long as he is alive, which makes him move and hit quite faster than normal.

As a result, you need to have either structure units to buy some time before Giant can reach your Crown Towers, or you have to use spam units like Bats or Skeleton Army to get rid of the Raging Giant as soon as possible. Here, we have a bunch of deck suggestion for you:

Deck 1:

  • Giant (Elixir 5)
  • Musketeer (Elixir 4)
  • Ice Spirit (Elixir 1)
  • Bomber (Elixir 2)
  • Skeleton Army (Elixir 3)
  • Flying Machine (Elixir 4)
  • Barbarian Barrel (Elixir 2)
  • Firecracker (Elixir 3)
  • Average Elixir Cost: 3.0

Deck 2:

  • Giant (Elixir 5)
  • Lumberjack (Elixir 4)
  • Inferno Tower (Elixir 5)
  • Royal Ghost (Elixir 3)
  • Golden Knight (Elixir 4)
  • Electro Wizard (Elixir 4)
  • Valkyrie (Elixir 4)
  • Bats (Elixir 2)
  • Average Elixir Cost: 3.9

With the first deck, you always need to have your Skeletons ready to be deployed as your main defense against the opponent’s Giant. If for any reason you lose Skeletons, you can use Musketeer, Ice Spirit, and Bomber as support team of countering the attack.

When it comes to second deck, Inferno Tower is your main defense against the Giant. Always make sure to deploy in a location that it can target Giant as its first target; otherwise, Inferno Tower will most likely be destroyed before taking down Giant.
