The Trial of Justice will measure your sense of justice. This trial can be completed by having the right spell and then simply moving an object from one part of the room to the other.

How To Solve The Chamber Of Justice

Baldur's Gate 3 Justice Painting

When you first enter the Chamber of Justice, you will see a statue holding some scales just after coming down a flight of stairs from the entrance. In order to clear this trial, you will need to either have a scroll with the effects of the spell Remove Curse or have someone in your party who knows this spell themselves — a good class for this is the Wizard. Behind the statue will be a dark haze.

Select either the scroll or the spell and move your mouse into this haze. You will see that you can target an ominous figure in the middle of it. This figure will be called “The Judge.” Afterward, the haze will dissipate. You will now see there are 3 paintings you can interact with. Take the painting behind the statue holding the scales. Opposite the middle painting will be a platform where you can put the painting you just picked up. Upon doing so, the statue will commend you. This will complete the trial.

Using Wrong Painting

If you place the wrong painting on the platform, it will trigger a fight. This will not lock you out of completing the other chambers, but it is still best to avoid it and save yourself time.
