A Newly Fused Oberon

When various Personas are fused, a heart icon will appear above their move list in the menu. By leveling up that Persona a few times, they will give the player a special item unique to that Persona that can then be taken and used for weapon fusion.

Rare Gems are a bit more difficult to come by as there is a lot of randomness to farming them. These gems can be found by destroying Crystalized Shadows in Tartarus, opening chests, and defeating enemies in battle. The type of rare gem given is determined by the floor of Tartarus it is found on, with better materials being found as you get to higher floors.

The End Treasure Of A Monad Passage

Base Materials are usually only found in green chests found throughout Tartarus. There is always a slight chance these chests spawn naturally when reaching a new floor, but the more reliable way to find them is by traversing and completing Monad Doors and Passages. At the very end of a Door or Passage will always be one green chest that rewards a base material, along with a gold chest that always gives rare gems, oftentimes better than what is normally found on the floor the Door appeared on.
