While much of the content released came in the form of events, crossovers, and new additions for Multiplayer, Warzone also had a few updates. Though the inclusion of a new Scorestreak and weapon are a change of pace, Fortune’s Keep also received a moving POI – one which harbors a small easter egg.

The Research Vessel on Fortunes Keep is a moving POI that saw its debut in Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 Reloaded. This point of interest is currently one of the most contested spots on the map, containing various locked crates and a special Buy Station for you to make use of. However, there is also a locked armory on the ship, one which can only be unlocked via a specific strategy.
How To Open The Locked Armory
The locked armory is an area located on the Research Vessel that patrols the coast of Fortune’s Keep. To open the armory, you must first locate the Mysterious Key. The Mysterious Key is a keycard that can often be found within the lab room on the middle deck, which sits towards the back of the ship. You can access this area pretty easily by landing right at the front or back of the ship as soon as the game starts.
Once you have the Mysterious Key, head on up to the top deck and toward the ship’s bridge. On the right-hand side of the ship’s bridge, you should find a locked door, which can now be opened with the Mysterious Key. Inside you will find various Supply Crates and Legendary weapons. Opening this armory will also reward you with a Weapon Charm, along with completing 1 of the 7 Fortune’s Keep Mastery Challenges. Upon completing all 7, you will be awarded the Regal Blueprint for the SOA Subverter.
