Houston, Texas (KTRK) – The video of a young child falling out of the car in the middle of rush hour traffic is one that many of us can’t get out of. Now, for the first time, we’re hearing news from the family that got involved. The baby’s grandmother said over the phone, “I didn’t even know[I saw her]on the news.
