Atascocita, Texas (KTRK) – The sheriff’s office said two suspects have been arrested in connection with the death of an off-duty constable in Harris County 3 after he was shot while driving home. Ahsim Taylor Jr. and Gayland Womack, both 20, are charged with the murder of Representative Omar Orsen.
