Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A fatal crash closed all westbound lanes of the I-10 East Freeway to northbound I-45 near downtown Houston. The wreck occurred at about 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday. According to Houston Police Sgt. David Rose, two trucks collided in the driveways to the ramp of the I-45 entrance. Drivers were going fast on the highway.
