Houston, Texas (KTRK) – The timing of the Houston Police Safety Seminar scheduled for Thursday night for the city’s LGBTQIA+ community was hard to ignore. The event, hosted by the department coordinator for this community, featured President Troy Viner and members affiliated with HPD departments such as Victims Services, Hate Crimes, Homicides, and Community Affairs.
