Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A 15-year-old man may be paralyzed after being shot in the back along a sidewalk in southeast Houston, police said. Police said the teen had just left Valero’s corner store in Building 9400 of Clearwood Drive near Tavenor Lane shortly after midnight when he was shot.
