Texas City, Texas (KTRK) – A family speaks exclusively to ABC13 after their grandfather was caught on camera being abused by staff at a Texas City nursing facility. The alleged incident occurred Sunday evening at approximately 5 p.m. at Solidago Health and Reification at 1700 block north of Logan.
