Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A violent mishap on Allen Parkway sent three people to the hospital on Monday night. According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the black van was driving in the wrong direction without any lights upon entering the Allen Parkway in 1999, when the person ran a red light on Taft Street and crashed head-on into a white SUV.
