Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A collision with a large excavator causes major traffic problems at the Eastex Expressway junction at the North Loop. Thursday back-up traffic stretched for miles after a large platform crashed on a ramp over the Eastex Expressway that leads drivers into the North Loop.
