OnePlus ramped up its camera game last year by partnering with legendary camera maker Hasselblad to bring users a new and improved camera experience with vivid colors, great dynamic range and a new look for the camera app inspired by classic Hasselblad colors. The goal was to bring Hasselblad’s eight decades of camera experience to more people who use fan-favorite OnePlus devices.
With the OnePlus 10 Pro, the bar rises even higher with the Hasselblad 2.0 camera. With the new and improved Hasselblad mode, the OnePlus 10 Pro can change the way you take photos, letting you not only click still images, but breathe them life into rich colors and contrast ratios.

OnePlus 10 Pro comes with a 1/1.43 inch Sony IMX789 primary sensor that shoots in full 10-bit colour. Sony’s new sensor also improves noise reduction, while providing better dynamic range.
The 48 main sensor is also accompanied by an 8MP telephoto lens capable of 3.3x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom, now with a new Ultra HD algorithm that improves clarity for magnified images. OIS, or optical image stabilization on a telephoto lens, also means photos capture better light during night shots and come out with less shake, even when you take them by hand.
The OnePlus 10 Pro also comes with a new 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 110-degree field of view, AI distortion correction and more. The camera also allows users to take great-looking 150-degree fish-eye photos when they want to get more creative. These features are neatly tucked away in a dedicated tab, available to users only when needed.
Hasselblad Pro . mode
The new Hasselblad Pro Mode on the OnePlus 10 Pro allows users to use Pro Mode features on all three sensors – Main, Telephoto and Ultra Wide! Capture parameters such as ISO, white balance and shutter speed can now be adjusted to the user’s liking and the camera also allows them to shoot in RAW format up to 12 bits.
This allows images to capture more information and higher levels of dynamic range, complete with Hasselblad’s mobile natural color solution. A new feature in Hasselblad Pro Mode called RAW+ gives you more creative freedom when editing your footage.

The OnePlus 10 Pro can take great long exposure shots with ease, and that too without the need for a tripod. Whether you want to make your waterfalls look silky smooth or paint dazzling light paintings on the beach, Long Exposure mode has you covered.

Master Styles allows you to take pictures with colors calibrated by the expert photographers themselves. With calibrations from Hasselblad Ambassador Yin Chao and winners Haselblad Masters Ben Thomas and David Peskens, users have three unique color modes for clicking images – Serenity, Radiance and Emerald. All of these can be found in the Filters menu within the Camera app.
Serenity captures the look and feel of popular fashion photography by Yin Chao and is perfect for portrait shots. Radiance recreates the ultra-realistic style of Ben Thomas and makes great shots for social media. Finally, Emerald Mode is designed to capture beautiful nature photos inspired by David Pesken’s wildlife photography.
