Second arrest in Sacramento shooting leaves 6 dead and 12 injured

Authorities said Tuesday that a man injured in a mass shooting in Sacramento, California, last weekend, has been arrested and charged with participating in the disorder.

Smiley Martin, 27, was “at the scene with serious gunshot wounds” and was taken to hospital where he was “quickly identified as a VIP,” he said. Sacramento police statement.
