Kids love to rewatch their favorites – but how do you get them to watch something new?

Like many of Netflix’s new features, Mystery Box aims to increase the time you spend watching, as that correlates with customer satisfaction (and thus less stress). It’s one of the company’s many improvements to Netflix Kids last year, including a kids’ top ten row and a description of five favorite characters from the TV shows and movies the kid watched most frequently.
According to Marston, the ultimate goal of Netflix Kids is to “help parents and caregivers make the best decisions for their families and make Netflix a safe place to explore and entertain for everyone.”
To cancel the fund’s title Secret Mystery Box, users must log on to Netflix Kids profile. Favorite row above the home page, just go to the mysterious shiny box to reveal the title “new for you.”
